Artesa Factory Enclosed Area

Founded in 1990, Artesa is a leading textile company specialising in the production of high-performance functional synthetic and natural fibre fabrics. The company operates in its fully enclosed facility located on 37,960 m² of land in the Çerkezköy Organised Industrial Zone. The factory reaches a monthly dyeing capacity of 550 tons, producing 1 million meters of circular knit fabric and 250,000 meters of warp knitted fabric.

Additionally, with a monthly capacity of 750 tons of flat and pad batch dyeing, 150 tons of printing, and 150 tons of mercerised fabric, Artesa stands out as one of Turkey’s leading fabric production facilities in the field of dyeing and finishing for natural and synthetic fibre fabrics.

With its innovative, modern, and extensive fabric collections, Artesa specialises in the production of both natural and synthetic fibres, as well as high-quality fibres, offering products with distinctive features to the sportswear, outerwear, swimwear, shapewear, and fashion apparel markets.

In 2023, Artesa introduced new investments, including Jacquard Knitting, Digital and Rotary Fabric Printing, Continuous Bleaching, and Mercerisation processes. The physical testing laboratory was integrated with the analytical testing laboratory, consolidating all fabric testing processes under Artesa's umbrella. In the same year, the rooftop solar panel investment was completed, and in the dyeing section, machine automation software was implemented, allowing real-time monitoring of energy, water, and chemical consumption on a machine-by-machine basis.

Aware of its responsibilities toward environmental protection, Artesa continues to invest in new technological equipment and systems for heat and water recovery. Thanks to its solid technical knowledge and experience in the market, where it is a strong player, Artesa develops and offers a wide range of high-quality and modern fabric collections.

In the global market, Artesa has established strong strategic partnerships with prestigious brands such as On Running, Gymshark, Hugo Boss, Sweaty Betty, Gottex, Penti, Gant, Tommy Hilfiger, M&S, Lacoste, Decathlon, Urban Outfitters, and The North Face, helping shape the future of the fashion industry.

Established on December 30, 2015, in Niš, Serbia, Aster Textile D.o.o. Niš manufactures knitted and woven garments by importing fabric and accessories from Aster Textile. The factory delivers finished goods to its warehouse or to customers by transit trade. Aster Textile D.o.o. Niš engages in production in the t-shirt, sweatshirt and trousers product groups in mainly knitted and woven collections for women, men and children. The factory is located on a land tract of 19,250 m².

Aster Textile London Limited was established on December 13, 2012, in London as a business development, design, and sales office. In 2023, the company relocated to its own building, where the Aster Textile Design, Innovation, and Business Development Center continues its operations with a dedicated team of 13 employees.

With highly skilled and experienced design and business development teams, the company capitalizes on its geographical proximity to the European market to anticipate customer needs and deliver innovative product development solutions. In 2024, Aster launched the Setra Trim operation with the goal of being a pioneer in innovative approaches and maintaining its commitment to a holistic quality approach. Setra Trim expanded its service portfolio by focusing on the production of narrow woven fabrics, cords, and raschel tapes, aiming to offer more comprehensive solutions to its customers.
