Aster Academy was established to empower and support human resources, the most important asset, in their personal and professional development and adaptation to a changing world.
Since its establishment in 2021, Aster Academy has incorporated a variety of training programs into its structure. In addition to our graduate program, we have developed Leadership Development Programs, Executive Development Programs, and Internal Coaching (Career Coaching) Programs.
Furthermore, we have trained our own internal instructors to offer a range of in-house training programs, covering topics such as Marketing Processes, Fabric and Testing Processes, Costing Processes, Pattern and Model Processes, Printing and Embroidery Processes, Financial Literacy for Non-Financial Professionals, ERP System Usage (including department-specific modules), and Internal Email Usage and Efficiency in Written Communication. We have also supported our employees with programs like Basic Yoga and Breathing Exercises.
We integrated the e-nocta platform into our academy, enabling us to plan, track, and report on training and development processes. This platform offers our computer-based employees in all locations unlimited access to a vast catalog of training courses. By incorporating e-nocta, we have streamlined our digital transformation process, ensuring that our employees can access training anytime, anywhere.
